Step 1 - Pay 1/3 Deposit
Send 1/3 the total rental amount to book/confirm your stay. Once this has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your booking with us. NON-REFUNDABLE |

Step 2 - Pay $100 Security Deposit $100 refundable security deposit to be paid at least three weeks prior to arrival. Security deposits will be refunded within 30 days of departure, once the house has been checked. |

Step 3 - Pay 2/3 Remaing Rental
Send 2/3 of the remainging rental 3 weeks before your booking with us. Once this has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming all your details of your stay, and all the information needed. |
