Check-Out List

 

We would like you to please leave the house in the same condition as you found it (except for laundry!)  Listed below is a list of things that you are required to do before checking out.

 

  1. Remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer.
  2. Remove all rubbish (trash) and debris from the unit and place in the green wheeled bin to the front of the property. 
  3. Please make sure all dishes are started in the dishwasher.
  4. In the summer, please set the thermostat on 80 degrees in cool mode.
  5. In the winter, please set the thermostat on 60 degrees in heat mode.
  6. Turn off all lights
  7. Lock all windows and doors.
  8. Turn off the water heater (in garage fusebox - we have marked it).  Click 4 picture.
  9. *Please leave the key safely in the key box. For lost keys there will be a minimum charge of $40 (£20)
  10. Remember to leave the safe open and set to the default code '1234'
  11. Leave the linens and towels in the unit upon your departure.
  12. A minimum of $35 (£20) charge WILL be assessed if there are dirty dishes, trash ect., left in the unit.
  13. If you are locked out of the house (after working hours), a $30 Fee will need to be paid to re-enter the unit.
  14. Your security deposit will be returned within 30 days, when confirmation for the above items has been performed.

 

* Only if rented privatley, if rented via our rental management company, keys must be returned to their office
