House Regulations

1. The boat dock is used at your own risk, there are NO lifeguards on duty. Children will need to be supervised (watched), and YOU are responisible for their safety. We have provided a life ring (buoy) for your safety. 
2. Please check your shoes and feet for any tar, all units are checked before and after each stay, any damage to the unit will be taken out of the security deposit.
3. Please be considerate to our neighbours, keep noise down to a minimum.
4. We do NOT allow pets. Violators will be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund.
5. Do not remove towels, dishes, furniture, etc. from the unit. Inspections are done before and after each guest.
6. Feeding seagulls is fun. If you feed them, please do so from the beach or sand dunes. Feeding seagulls from the balcony is dangerous.
7. Please do not exceed 8 people in the house, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
8. Strictly NO SMOKING, it is much more fun smoking on the balcony (please do not throw cigarette butts in the water)
