What the house has to offer: 

 

Our wonderful four bedroom house will sleep up to eight people comfortably.  The house is a very well equipped holiday/town home, and has many great features.

 

• A boat dock you can use, alas we do not provide a boat!
• A twin range gas BBQ*
• A internet ready PC, together with printer**
• A large multi channel TV
• A telephone with free local calls.  (Local being Texas)
• A large ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom
• A full size bath with shower
• All bedrooms have their own colour TV unit and spacesious wardrobe
• Full size garage (with electric/remote controlled door)
• Two spacious balconies/terraces for you to relax on
• Parking for up to two cars
• Utility room, which offers a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and clothes hanging/airing space.  
• The kitchen has everything you need, including cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice making facility. Coffee machine, kettle (Brits don't forget tea bags - USA tea is just not the same!)

 

 

• * Gas bottles can be exchanged on the island, we would not know the quantity of gas remaining , you will obviously need to check this before any BBQ. 
• ** Printer ink levels are also unknown;  you may need to supply your own ink and paper.  (The printer is a HP office jet 4215xi all in one)
